Incident happened around 22:13 Luzerne County, Pa in Wilkes Barre Twp, Commercial Building Collapses at Panera Bread, Barnes and Nobles, & Smokes Bones with multiple people entrapped & 3 people unaccounted for at Panera Bread. Light Poles are reported down in the Parking Lots with people trapped inside their vehicles. 

22:21 Command reports multiple buildings have collapsed and need to be searched, occupants at Panera Bread have been accounted for with multiple vehicles overturned in the parking lots

22:22 Medic 9 to respond to Dicks Sporting Goods building collapse with injuries

22:25 Major structural collapse at Ashley Furniture Store, Command requesting all utility companies to be notified ASAP
23:00 Search Team reports they found a very large gas leak
23:05 Command reports Lowe's has also collapsed
