A 22 year old Bradford man is accused of raping a teenager and then threatening to hurt her further if she told anyone about it. Court papers say Lucas Mills raped the 15-year-old in a Bradford home on June 8 while putting his hand over her mouth and holding her on the floor. The criminal complaint also says when the assault was over Mills told the girl if she told anyone about it he would stab her.Besides rape and terroristic threats, Mills is charged with statutory sexual assault,  sexual assault , aggravated indecent assault, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse by forcible compulsion, indecent assault by forcible compulsion, and corruption of minors. After being arraigned this morning by District Judge Bill Todd Mills was sent to McKean County Jail in lieu of $75,000.
